Our child is spoiled

This is his afternoon snack: a mini soufflee with spinach and feta that Tiffany made for him. I'm pretty sure I wasn't getting any souffles as a kid (and I just may have looked longingly at this one before feeding it to him).

  2. It was just the old Fannie Farmer souffle recipe but I used 3-4 tablespoons of feta instead of the cheddar and added some frozen chopped spinach. I think I'm still underbeating the egg whites, but as long as the chickens next door keep laying I'll have plenty of eggs for experimentation!
